it has come to my attention that i have been posting a lot of “sexy” pictures of women lately, the reason is not because im a perv, though i do enjoy the female form very much, its because i actually enjoy the photograph as a work, and i usually repost it so i can go back to look at it later for inspiration or ideas.

anyways, to prove my point i will start posting some pictures of male models as well.

i have never worked with or shot a male model before, but in the spirit of being at a very expensive school, i figure im going to start working outside of my normal, easy, comfort zone and start exploring new forms and experimenting with new photography.

For those of you back home that tend to have a small minded look on life, let me clarify i am not “gay”, i am attracted to the beauty of a man in a photograph and nothing more then that. not that i care what anyone, especially from small town mississippi, thinks about me, but its for the sake of my family still being in that small town and I don’t want them hearing that ole drew is posting naked men on the internet and he is now a full blow transvestite (you all know how stories there are never anywhere close to the truth). My family supports me 100% in my art, weather that be a picture of a tree or a naked clown riding a unicorn, they know im still trying to find my niche in my art work, so they are with me.

With all that being said, i will start with this amazing image above. the Lighting, color, patters, and pose all combine to make this really interesting to look at.

This disclaimer will not show up again until I feel there is something else that will cause they birds down south to chirping.
